Position Title: IT Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, and at least two years of experience, or four years of experience performing IT analyst functions. The IT Analyst will develop, design, document, maintain, evaluate, support, and provide problem resolution for network computer and IT systems applications. This role involves a variety of technical and analytical services across the systems development lifecycle and contributes to the execution of project or task plans while helping assess the impact of industry trends, policies, or standard methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, document, maintain, evaluate, support, and provide problem resolution for network computer and IT systems applications.
- Perform a variety of technical and analytical services across the systems development lifecycle.
- Provide technical support for the maintenance or development of software/database programs and applications.
- Conduct installation, set-up, and operation of computer systems applicable to networks.
- Contribute to the execution of project or task plans and help assess the impact of industry trends, policies, or standard methodologies.
- Conduct activities in support of the project team's objectives.
- Maintain and develop software/database programs and applications.
- Ensure the proper functioning and security of network systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field and two years of experience; or four years of experience performing IT analyst functions or related experience.
- Five years of experience with the maintenance or development of software/database programs/applications or demonstrated ability in installation, set-up, and operation of computer systems applicable to networks.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to perform across the systems development lifecycle.
- Ability to contribute to project or task plans and assess the impact of industry trends and policies.
- Experience with IT Investment-Portfolio Management (804); proficiency level: Intermediate IAW DoDM 8140 series.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions for network computer and IT systems applications.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with DoD and military environments is a plus.
